Mayor Virg Bernero cuts the dog leash at the new Howard and Erna Soldan Dog Park located in Scott Woods Park next to Hawk Island County Park.  To enter the dog park, use the Hawk Island Entrance off of Cavanaugh Road and follow the signs.
