Current Construction Project - 013 Northeast
Phase IV, Segment 5 of the Lansing Combined Sewer Overflow (CSO) Control Plan will complete sanitary sewer rehabilitation, replacement, and rerouting in the CSO Subarea 013 Northeast (013NE). The 013 Northeast project area is generally bounded by Turner Street to the west, Chilson Street to the south, Sheridan Road to the north, and Eighth Avenue to the east. This project will rehabilitate approximately 268 acres containing approximately 26,600 LF of sanitary sewer. The major street through this area is East Street.
