Our many downtown parking lots and parking structures are incredibly convenient. They're close to all major destinations, including Lansing Community College, Cooley Law School, the Capital Area District Library and the State Capitol. And don't forget our affordable rates!
PLEASE NOTE if there is a technical difficulty with the epayment of your ticket due to server downtime, you are still responsible for paying your ticket. In order to receive the discounted rate for paying your ticket, you need to make the actual payment, regardless of technical difficulties with the web site.

CashKey Users: The CashKey loading machine has been repaired! If you need to re-load your CashKey, please feel free to stop by any time. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience created by the machine not working. We are taking steps to avoid this in the future.
Lot 2 at Capitol and Shiawassee
We are promoting a limited time offer: Full-time students can purchase a monthly permit for $39, all others $69. Regular price is $83.
South Capitol Parking Ramp
TheCapitol Avenueexit booth has been removed and a new Pay-In-Lane machine installed in its place. Parkers may now use either lane to exit with a permit, the left lane to exit via credit card payment and the right lane with cash or credit card payment. New highly visible LED signage will soon be installed to assist parkers at this exit. In addition, the Townsend exit throughLot3 may be exited with a permit or credit card payment. This exit will also get LED signage.
South Capitol Parking Ramp BackLot(Lot3)
The lot is open and available for use as an entry to the South Capitol Ramp and/or for surface parking. The project is very close to complete, but a few items – mostly landscape items – remain to be finished.
Lot1 – Former BoarsHead Site
A bid has been accepted for demolition of the former Arts Council/BoarsHead facility. Work will begin here this winter. This project is designed to minimize the impact on permit parkers at this lot. Parkers will be notified if it becomes necessary to temporarily relocate them.
Lot49 Expansion – Yellow Cab Site
A bid has been accepted for demolition of the former Yellow Cab building. Work will begin here this winter. This work will not effect permit parkers in Lot 49.
