- Lansing's Merchant Validation Program allows downtown business owners/operators to provide their customers with free parking in the City's attended parking facilities. At the end of each month, all parking fees incurred by the business' customers are totaled and billed to the business owner/operator at a discounted rate of 50 percent!

- Business owners/operators can purchase parking tokens for their customers at discounted rates. These tokens can be used in Lansing parking meters or attended areas of City of Lansing parking structures. Discounts are offered based upon the number of tokens purchased, and range from five percent to 50 percent.
