What Turner-Dodge Offers
The rental capacity of the Turner-Dodge House is 100 people. Rental of the first floor includes the Music Room, Foyer, Receiving Room, Library, Dining Room and Kitchen only. Rental of the entire house includes the first floor, the second floor meeting room, (guests may view the second floor furnished rooms), and third floor ballroom. The rental includes tables, chairs, coat racks for inside use. A building supervisor will be on site.

REASONABLY PRICED
The Rental Fee is $95 per hour for the first floor only, minimum of two hours. The entire house is $145 per hour, minimum of three hours.
You must include preparation time caterers set up time, photographs, etc. Reservations are taken no more than 6 months in advance. An application form and security deposit are required.
