  Heritage  Badge Scout Programs


Welcome to Our Heritage Badge Program

Brownie, Jr. Scout and Cub Scout troops and individuals may complete badge work by participating in the activities listed below.

FEES:
$4.00/child Includes activity, supplies and snack (not badge)
$2.00/adult
Registration without payment will be canceled after 5 work days, without notification.

REGISTRATION:
A) Registration on a first-come, first serve basis
B) Mail a check or M.O. payable to:  Lansing Parks and Recreation Dept. (LPRD)
C) Send to:
     Turner-Dodge House, 100 E. North St., Lansing, MI 48906
D) Telephone registrations are accepted with payment required by credit card or by check within one week of call. Visa or MasterCard accepted.

SPECIAL RESERVATIONS:
A)  When scheduled classes are full, Troops of 8 or more may call to reserve for after school or  during breaks.
B) Minimum of 8 pre-paid participants, equivalent payment, is required.
C) Call (517)483-4220 to arrange times.

NOTES:
     A) Space is limited in the program to Leaders and paid participants to ensure program quality.
     B) Parent drivers and siblings are invited to wait in the receiving room or visit the outside area.
     C) We request that parents supervise younger siblings away from program areas (safety).
     D) A house tour is not included with the badge. Self-guided tours may be taken if time allows.
