Fenner Nature Center is the perfect place for your scouts to complete the requirements for several of the outdoor/environmental badges.
General Tour
Bring your troop, perhaps the whole family, for a general seasonal program and tour
Service Hours:
We are always in need of volunteers to help with park clean up, trail maintenance, and eradicating invasive species and habitat restoration.
Registration:
Call, mail, or stop by Fenner between 10 am-4 pm Tuesday thru Friday to register.
For badge workshops, we require a minimum registration of 8 boys. We ask that siblings not attend these workshops because of group size and distraction. If a sibling is in attendance, we do require payment for them.
Note to Leaders:
The fee includes all materials and instruction, but does not include the patch itself. All badges will include time outside, so come dressed for the weather!
Fees:
$4 per scout for badge workshops (2 hours)
or
$40 per group - General Tour - maximum of 20 people (1.5 hours)
All fees must be paid in advance - at least two (2) weeks prior to the workshop. (There are no fees for Leaders/drivers.) We will take cash, checks or credit cards - visa, master card or discover.

Cancellations
All cancellations and requested refunds must be made one full week prior to the program, less $5 service fee. There will be no refunds after this time. If the program is canceled by us due to weather or other circumstances, you have the option to reschedule or receive full refund.
Youth Group Camp:
Fenner also has an area for tent camping or day use. It includes a picnic shelter with tables, fire pit and pit toilet. There is water during the warm seasons. Call the Nature Center for fees and reservations (517)483-4224.
