Neighborhood Conflicts & Dispute Resolution
The Human Relations and Community Services Department provides mediation and conciliation to citizens of the community, prior to any legal actions and/or contact with the courts, in matters involving neighborhood conflicts and disputes. Assistance may be requested and obtained via telephone, walk-in appointment, or in writing.
Community Resource Information and Referral
The Department provides information and referral to citizens, agencies, organizations, and businesses located within the City of Lansing and Greater Lansing Area.
Government Resource Information and Referral
HRCS provides information and referral to citizens, agencies, organizations and businesses about City government departments and divisions.
