Forms are available in person.  Burn permits must be submitted in person by the homeowner with picture ID which shows current address to:

Burning Ordinance: Provides the requirements to meet legal recreational burning.

Burn Permit applications are available at the Fire Administration office's located at 120 E. SHIAWASSEE.

BURN PERMITS can be purchased during the following times: 

Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday 9a.m. to 12 noon & 1 to 3p.m.

Cost of the Permit is $25.00 beginning October 1, 2011 thru March 31, 2012
