City Attorney Serving as Adjunct Professor of Law

MSU College of LawCity attorney Brig Smith has been named an Adjunct Professor of Law at Michigan State University College of Law. He is teaching Complex Civil Litigation for the Spring Semester, where he focuses on case studies like the toxic tort litigation featured in the movie "A Civil Action," as well as case studies drawn from his own experience.

The Thomas M. Cooley Journal of Practical and Clinical Law has published City Attorney Brig Smith's law review article, "Who's The Boss? Deciding Who the Client Is When You're a City Attorney [PDF]."
